Within ABN AMRO Caleb has worked in two different projects. Alert & Check an AppleWatch app for ABN AMRO and Wallet a Mobile NFC Payments app for ABN AMRO. While helping and initiating several improvements in the Agile way of working, Agile Testing and Test automation, besides the day to day work. The way Caleb works, is best described in the following quotes:

During Caleb’s assignment at KPN, he worked with a local team and a global vendor, Jibe Mobile. Acceptance testing of a RCS (Rich Communication Services) app, tailored to KPN’s style and needs. Though in a complex political environment and unstable market, the feasibility of the App within KPN’s landscape is in doubt.

One of the most interesting parts was, the complexity of a telecom network. Another was how difficult it appeared to be to create a video+audio feature (similar to Face Time) that works on different manufacturer models. How an audio codec expert, seemingly couldn’t solve firmware differences between suppliers as Samsung, HTC, LG, Huawai, Sony.

Next to this assignment Caleb has also presented at numerous occasions, ranging from Dutch Testing Conference (on the left) to individual client visits and Sogeti meet-ups.

At ING Caleb made an exponential leap in Mobile Testing, Mobile Development and Agile / Scrum Methodology. Caleb has grown as consultant, but also as person while working with a special group of people. Work varied from functional to UX/UI, acceptance and production testing. To presenting Apple’s accessibility features within the ING app to stakeholder groups of 50-70 people. On a side note, Caleb organised a Skiing trip with 17 colleagues in Valloire, France.

The major throphy on this assignment was the constant 4,5 star reviews on each of the updates that where delivered every two months. Though the major individual trophy came at Sogeti in 2013, when Caleb was chosen as Colleague of the Year. All the hardwork paid of in a tremendous honorary award.
